About us
I worked in the Netherlands for five years for a clientele of very rich people, billionaires, who were very demanding but of sophisticated taste, with a sense of detail. They were very pleased with this menu, and even hired me on expeditions. One such expedition was going with them to the Himalayas, where I worked in special conditions at the first base at 3400m above sea level. It went great, although it was demanding due to the lack of food, so we became good friends.
In Serbia, since 1998, I have hosted several large-scale vegan / vegetarian events. Hotel "Obrenovac" for over 200 people, where I had cooperation with Tito's chef. Then the hotel "Divcibare", international residency course with over 400 participants, etc. All this influenced the construction of our rich menu with over 70 dishes on offer. Today, all these dishes, mostly original recipes and are available to you.
